Our ROOM Collection at Dutch Design Week 2026

A new hub for design is opening in Eindhoven this October: ROOM will be featured at Piet Hein Eek during Dutch Design Week 2026.

From October 17 to 25, ROOM will be featured at Piet Hein Eek, the design space of the renowned Dutch designer in Eindhoven, as part of Dutch Design Week 2026. The venue features workshops, showrooms, and exhibition areas, and during the fair, it will host a group exhibition featuring more than sixty designers.

Curated by Lidewij Edelkoort, ROOM brings together a series of limited-edition rugs developed in collaboration with Carole Baijings, Kiki van Eijk, Ina Meijer, Mariola López Mariño, and Edelkoort herself. Each piece offers a personal interpretation of the room as an intimate, everyday space that is constantly changing.

Eindhoven is one of the leading design hubs in the Netherlands, and for nine days, Dutch Design Week brings together studios, brands, institutions, and designers from around the world. In this context, the exhibition marks a new chapter for ROOM and connects the collection to the Dutch design scene of which its designers are a part.

The collection was unveiled for the first time in April of this year at Galleria Rossana Orlandi during Milan Design Week. All the pieces were produced entirely in Argentina by El Espartano using the hand-tufting technique and are made of 100% pure wool.
