Golf Putting Green

The exclusive residential complex Tronador, located in the neighborhood of Coghlan, in the city of Buenos Aires, asked us to develop a full-scale synthetic grass putting green in their common areas.

For the project, TH Golf Green and TH Golf Fairway were combined, two types of grass that replicate the playing conditions of a professional course and guarantee low maintenance over time. This incorporation reaffirms the versatility of our sports surfaces, which continue to expand their presence in residential and urban areas, adapting to different scales and needs.

The putting green was naturally integrated into the original design of the complex, a development inaugurated in 2007 that recovered the structure of an old chocolate factory, now converted into an environment where nature and architecture coexist. This new space was incorporated as part of the building’s amenities, expanding the possibilities for recreation and training within the urban environment.
