Hotel Los Acebos

Located in Ushuaia, Hotel Los Acebos undertook a comprehensive renovation of its common areas, with the design of Estudio Wu, led by architects Cecilia Timossi and Matías Lien Benítez. With a context-sensitive approach, the studio designed a proposal that enhances the identity of the surroundings.

In the renovation of the lobby and reception area, natural light and sweeping views of the Beagle Channel took center stage. In the new Corteza Restaurant, an intimate atmosphere was achieved that highlights the views of the bay and the city, offering an immersive experience to guests.

For this project, the studio chose designs from our Magna line specially woven for the occasion with Colorpoint system, which were placed in the restaurant and in the corridors of the hotel. As these are areas of high traffic, an ideal carpet was chosen for its resistance and design, guaranteeing comfort without compromising durability.
