Albur

Located in the heart of the city, the historic theater at 435 Callao Avenue, known in the 1920s as Teatro 35, has come back to life transformed into ALBUR, a space where gastronomy, art and live music coexist.

The project was in charge of architect Alberto Negrín, who led the restoration, preserving original elements of the building and combining them with contemporary design pieces. Every detail was thought out to recover the scenic atmosphere of the place and project it towards new cultural experiences.

As part of this intervention, we developed a 100% nylon carpet with cut pile texture, woven with hand-tufting system, specially designed for the circulation areas of the space. The design was created in conjunction with the Negrín studio and our design team, accompanying the visual identity of the project by adding comfort and color. On the second floor, our traditional Pallas carpet covers the entire surface, creating an intimate and enveloping space.
