Playful Carpets

Creatures is a playful rug that stands out both for its decorative function as well as for the game interactive game that it proposes. It is complemented by a system of 18 cards designed from pure and abstract shapes that stimulate children’s imagination, promoting creativity and free play through the creation of figures and characters.

The rug functions as a base that hints at the shapes it houses. Then, with the cardboard tokens printed on both sides, the children finish creating and discovering the creatures.

“Designing Creatures was a very original and rich process in several aspects. It allowed us to explore and question the universe of children’s folders from different angles,” they say. As for the challenges they encountered, they highlight that of generating a perfect balance between the aesthetic mission and the playful mission.
