El Espartano returns to Milan Design Week with ROOM, a new rug collection curated by Lidewij Edelkoort

From April 20 to 26, join us at Galleria Rossana Orlandi to discover our latest collection, developed in collaboration with leading figures of contemporary Dutch design.

Curated by Lidewij Edelkoort, ROOM reflects on the interior as a space of shelter and intimacy. The collection features eleven limited-edition pieces that interpret the room as a personal territory, translating into textile form the work of Carole Baijings, Kiki van Eijk, Ina Meijer and Mariola López Mariño, and including a piece by Edelkoort herself.

Produced in Argentina, the collection brings together design and material exploration through a close collaboration between the designers and El Espartano.

This presentation marks our third consecutive participation in Milan Design Week and continues our ongoing collaboration with Lidewij Edelkoort.
